What to include in a reception invitation

1. Who is hosting: the groom's parents, the bride's parents, both families or the couple.
2. The couple's names, and that they are newly married.
3. Day, date and time, with "onwards" if guests may arrive through the evening.
4. Venue, with a map pin, and parking if it is tricky.
5. Dinner, so guests do not eat before they come.
6. Dress code, if you have one.
7. How and when to reply.
